Feel Good News! - #OperationMax with Fox 5 Constance Jones

We had the pleasure of interviewing Good Day anchor Constance Jones and Max today! Absolute stars, thank you for coming by Power 96.1 and sharing your LOCAL FEEL GOOD NEWS story!!

FOX 5 Atlanta recently adopted future canine assistant, Max, to be trained by staff and ultimately paired with a local veteran in need of a service dog. In the spirit of the NFC Championship a few weekends ago, Max was placed on the 50 yard line of the Georgia Dome, between helmets for the Atlanta Falcons and Green Bay Packers and instructed to pick the winner – Check out the link below to watch him immediately choose the Atlanta Falcons:  http://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/229865096-story

Background on Max:

Max officially came to WAGA FOX 5 this Tuesday, January 17th and is under the care of multiple “foster parents” (trained employees) who provide his service training and care. He will spend his days in the newsroom, at the station, and out on the town to socialize, and then will go home with a different foster parent each night. By the end of his training, Max will be placed with a veteran in need of a service dog.
