"Savage" is the rapper's first No. 1 single on the chart, while it serves as Bey's seventh chart-topper. The track has also hit the No. 1 position on the Urban and Rhythmic Radio chart.
Previously, Meg said that she's been a fan of Beyoncé since she was a child. "It's really crazy 'cause like, my mama was like a really huge fan of like Beyoncé and she used to make me watch a lot of Beyoncé stuff," she said on Instagram Live. "And it’s like, when I met her I was like, 'Oh my God.' And I ain’t wanna be like, 'Oh my God Beyoncé me and my mama love you.'"
