Paulding County, Georgia went back to school today. A photo quickly popped up online showing packed hallways with very few masks being worn by students.
Paulding County schools had the support of the Georgia Department of Education and worked with the Georgia Department of Public Health for safety "guidelines, not mandates".
Critics are sharing their voices online saying these "guidelines" did not work.
