Atlanta Meal Pack for 9/11 Day

You are invited to participate in the Atlanta Meal Pack for 9/11 Day.

In collaboration with Hands On Atlanta, organize a signature meal pack in Atlanta in observance of the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and the federally-recognized September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance.

On Saturday, September 11, 2021, more than 1,000 volunteers from throughout the Atlanta community will help pack at least 200,000 healthy, non-perishable meals. To help address the growing food crisis, all the meals will be donated to and distributed by the Atlanta Community Food Bank to individuals and families who are food insecure.

MASKS AND PROOF OF FULL COVID VACCINATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY

About 9/11 Day
9/11 Day is the nonprofit that founded and annually organizes the federally-recognized September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance (“9/11 Day”). Our mission for the 20th anniversary of 9/11 is to inspire millions of Americans and others to rekindle the remarkable spirit of unity and compassion that arose in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, and to perform good deeds and other acts of service in tribute to those killed and injured, rescue and recovery personnel, and those who bravely rose in service in response to the attacks.

It’s our way of keeping the promise to “Never Forget.”
