BRITNEY SPEARS' FATHER FILES PETITION TO END HER 13-YEAR LONG CONSERVATORSHIP
After years of fans crying to #FreeBritney it looks like it’s finally happening. Britney Spears’ father Jamie filed a petition in Los Angels Superior Court yesterday to end her 13-years long conservatorship.
In the petition Jamie states his daughter “is entitled to have this Court now seriously consider whether this conservatorship is no longer required,” adding that circumstances have changed "to such an extent that grounds for establishment of a conservatorship may no longer exist." The petition adds that the end of the conservatorship should be able to happen without a psychological evaluation, which Britney doesn’t want.
"The conservatorship has helped Ms. Spears get through a major life crisis, rehabilitate and advance her career, and put her finances and her affairs in order. But recently, things have changed," the filing reads. "Ms. Spears is now outspoken in her frustration with the level of control imposed by a conservatorship, and has pleaded with this Court to 'let her have her life back.'"
And Britney’s freedom could come sooner rather than later. The judge in the case is due to rule on the petition September 29th.

KYLIE CONFIRMS SHE'S EXPECTING BABY #2
It's official - Kylie Jenner has confirmed that she and Travis Scott are expecting baby number two. Of course, this isn't a total shock -given our previous report a few weeks ago. Still anyone who knows the Kardashians know they like to control their own "news."
In this case, Jenner posted a video to Insta showing how everyone from her man to her own mom reacted to the news...and yeah, everyone's pretty thrilled. No caption, of course, but it's not as though one was needed.
Still, the impending arrival offers a real 'full circle' journey for the couple split back in 2019 after two years together. There were rumors of a reunion long before they appeared to confirm it in June. But even when they were apart, many sources spoke of their great co-parenting relationship. No word on a due date, but judging by the quick looks at her tummy, she's well along the way. Congrats!
SCOTT DISICK AND AMELIA HAMLIN SPLIT
It’s over between Scott Disick and Amelia Hamlin. I told you before that the couple hit a rough patch after Disick’s messy DM leak, and now sources are saying they’re through.
As you’ll recall, Kourtney Kardashian’s PDA with rocker beau Travis Barker has been getting to Disick, enough for him to throw shade in her other ex Younes Bendjima’s DMs… messages he promptly leaked. Hamlin clearly wasn’t happy to see that Disick was hung up on his ex, and rumors started swirling that they were headed for a breakup when she posted a pic to her Instagram Story wearing a tank top that read, “Don’t You Have A Girlfriend?”
So it’s not much of a surprise to hear sources tell “Us Weekly” and “People” magazine that Hamlin is the one who ended things with Disick. Her mom Lisa Rinna seems happy about it, too, since she’s commented on news of their split with a smiley face emoji.
