Ashton Kutcher Opens Up About Battling Rare Autoimmune Disorder

In a new sneak peek at an upcoming episode of National Geographic’s “Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge” featuring Ashton Kutcher, he talks for the first time about a medical disorder he suffered two years ago called vasculitis.

When Grylls asks Kutcher where his strength comes from, Kutcher reveals his run-in with the autoimmune disorder left him without the ability to see, hear, or even walk, and he didn’t know if any or all of those would ever come back. “Lucky to be alive,” the star said as they continued their hike through the woods.
