Morgan Wallen Gives First Live Performance Since Racial Slur Video [WATCH]

The 54th Annual CMA Awards - Show

Morgan Wallen has had a rough year. In January of this year, a video was released of him using a racial slur, which resulted in his music being removed from most radio stations, his record label suspending business with him indefinitely, and him being excluded from all major music award ceremonies.

Since the video, we haven't heard or seen a lot from Morgan. He mad an initial public apology, and then gave an update a few months later letting everyone know that he's been taking some time to disconnect and work on himself and meet with members of the NAACP to educate him on racial slurs.

Morgan also let his fans know that he wouldn't be doing any concerts or festivals this summer, after the fallout from the video was so severe.

However, last night in Nashville, at Kid Rock's bar, Morgan was up on stage performing for the first time since the release of the video. Morgan did a few of his hit songs, "Whiskey Glasses", and "Wasted On You".

The crowd in the bar went nuts when Morgan took the stage.

No word from anyone at Morgans camp if this performance changes anything for Morgan not doing shows this summer.
