New rules are coming to Uber and we better make sure we h ave good ratings, or else! The changes would mean riders with low user ratings could be banned f rom using the app. The changes are being made for safety reasons.
Uber claims the changes will help create an environment that is safe, respectful and positive, for both riders and drivers.
Other ways to avoid a low rider score are: Avoid leaving trash in the vehicle, and avoid making illegal requests from the drivers such as speeding.
