A South Carolina police department may soon be getting lessons from Atlanta based Chick-fil-A on customer service.
Chick-fil-A is well known for their courteous behavior towards their customers and police officers in Charleston, South Carolina are looking for their guidance.
During an audit, the police department found inadequacies in dealing with minorities so they reached out to Chick-fil-A and asked if they'd share some of their staff training tips. Police Chief Luther Reynolds told Charleston's The Post and Courier that "The reason being is their high success rate with interpersonal skill, exemplary development of employees and their approach to problem-solving."
