Niall Horan joined us once again in Atlanta, this time for our Power 96.1's Jingle Ball! His newest single "Nice to Meet Ya" was released not too long ago, and it's already been an incredible success. It's just a preview of what's to come for Niall in 2020.
He plans to release a new album, which he began writing last October and completed in May, in addition to going on tour with buddy Lewis Capaldi. The new album is almost complete, and we can't wait to hear it.
When asked where he gets his "vibes" from for his songwriting from he said "obviously the personal stuff, then I try to write songs from different people's scenarios, something I might see, like a movie I might watch, or pick up a story from there and translate it to something in my life. And that's where I kinda get like some of my ideas from and like jot down."
He then explained a lot of his melodies come from songs he's heard throughout his whole life, all different genres from all different time periods.
Niall is no stranger to Atlanta, as he's played a ton of golf in the area, specifically at Augusta National.
