Halle Bailey and DDG have not broken up despite the rumors that have been floating around.
Fans recently noticed that both artists unfollowed each other on Instagram and removed some of their photos together from their timelines. They also realized DDG was nowhere to be seen when Halle supported her sister Chloe's solo set during Coachella's first weekend. While the piling evidence led people to believe they have problems in their relationship, Halle and DDG are reportedly doing just fine. In a statement provided to TMZ on Wednesday, April 17, a rep for the singer confirmed the couple is still going strong.
The rep said the rumors about the couple's demise are absolutely false. Although they denied the rumor, the rep did not address why the couple unfollowed each on IG, which is usually a tell-tale sign of trouble in paradise. Fans are clearly invested in the status of their relationship, especially after they just welcomed a child together.
Halle and DDG announced the birth of their son Halo back in January. Their first child was actually born in December but they decided to keep the moment to themselves. The move wasn't too shocking due to the couple's decision to keep Halle's pregnancy a secret throughout most of 2023. Fans called out The Little Mermaid actress several times last year after she began to show signs that she was carrying a child. The couple denied the rumors until Halle was ready to pop.
