Carpool, homework, extracurricular activities — how do parents manage it all? Sisanie got stressed out on-air on Thursday, January 16, while thinking of the future shuffle being a mom to twins Aiza and Maxon.
KIIS FM’s Patty Rodriguez shared with Sis that it takes serious planning from morning to evening when it comes to her two sons ages 9 and 4.
“My life is pretty cush right now,” Sis explained. “… I’m usually home by 1, 2 p.m. at the latest … [and] today’s the first day they’re going to start swim classes … and then Patty was like, ‘Oh, you have no idea! … This is just the beginning.’ And I guess it is.”
Patty shared that it’s truly hard.
“You’re essentially not living for you anymore,” Patty added. “You’re living for other humans … and it can be overwhelming.”
For example, Patty plans out even snacks and homework in the car between activities like school and soccer.
And there’s also another dilemma: Patty’s partner’s timing that he chooses to workout at the gym daily … 😂
