A woman has come forward claiming that James Brown was murdered back in 2006 when he died on Christmas Day in an Atlanta hospital. Jacque Hollander met with a Fulton County D.A. on Wednesday and gave him a bin full of possible evidence in the case.
A spokesperson for the Fulton County District Attorney's office confirmed Hollander met with D.A. Paul Howard on Wednesday.
Among the evidence was a list of possible witnesses and a printed text messages, according to reports.
The D.A.'s office will now hold an interview with Hollander. The D.A. said he's open to opening an investigation into Brown's death if the evidence holds up.
