Britney Spears’ Lawyer Sends Cease & Desist To Jamie Lynn; Says Father Jamie Took $6 Mil From Brit’s Estate

Well, it looks like Britney Spears has finally had enough of sister Jamie Lynn talking to the press about her. Brit’s lawyer Matthew Rosengart just sent Jamie Lynn a cease and desist letter, suggesting Brit may take legal action if she doesn’t stop talking about her.

"We write with some hesitation because the last thing Britney wants is to bring more attention to your ill-timed book and its misleading or outrageous claims about her," reads the letter. "Although Britney has not read and does not intend to read your book, she and millions of her fans were shocked to see how you have exploited her for monetary gain. She will not tolerate it, nor should she."

The letter notes that Brit was the “family’s breadwinner” who “otherwise supported” Jamie Lynn, and talked about the treatment Brit experienced at the hand of their father. It also notes, “having endured a 13-year conservatorship that stripped her of civil rights and fundamental liberties, Britney will no longer be bullied by her father or anyone else.”

Andrew Garfield Confirms AND Denies DoorDash Driver Claims

Andrew Garfield both confirmed and denied a viral Twitter story by a DoorDash delivery driver in Atlanta. To review, the story from late last year recounted him taking food to a house where he believed Andrew was staying.

During an appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, the “Super-Man: No Way Home” star confirmed that yes, he was in Atlanta filming his top-secret cameo. He was able to keep his identity secret, thanks to the hat and mask he had to wear because of the COVID restrictions. But everything went awry when the driver asked for his ID. “No delivery food thing has ever asked me for my ID,” Andrew said. After they went back and forth a minute, the driver finally said, “I think I just delivered food to Andrew Garfield.”

While Andrew confirmed it was him, he denied that he was rude. “I did ask to do social distancing, bit I obviously upset the man,” he said. “I didn’t mean to and I apologize for anything that may have been misconstrued as being rude.”
