n the hopes of creating a real-life Garfield dinner party for her kids, an Oklahoma mother named Clara Edwards (@swallownurse) posted a flyer asking to borrow an orange cat for the day. @lauren_jade44 saw the flyer at her dad's office and got plenty of volunteers to offer up their cats.
Somebody has to know someone who has a cat that looks like Garfield! If we could come together like I know we can on social media we can make this happen! LOL

Ok, so now I am vested in the success of an awesome OKC mom if finding an orange cat to borrow/invite over for lasagna dinner with her kiddos.— MC Miller (@M_C_Miller) August 7, 2018
If you're around OKC and OU, PLEASE let me know if Clara found her Garfield!
This beginning is too great to not have a happy ending. 🐾💜 https://t.co/BJQdAZJRIE
