FBI TO PROBE BRITNEY SPEARS' DAD

As I told you, the new FX and Hulu Britney Spears documentary, “’The New York Times' Presents: Controlling Britney Spears,” reported that Britney’s father Jamie Spears secretly monitored all her texts, calls and emails, and even bugged her bedroom. Well, now a report claims the FBI are looking into the allegations.

Although the FBI did not confirm the claim, Deadline insists it has “learned that federal authorities are indeed taking a look at the claims for a further possible criminal probe.”

But that’s far from the only Britney news…

• Jamie has filed new legal documents opposing the person Britney wants to replace him as conservator. He claims CPA John Zabel doesn’t have the experience to manage Brit’s $60 million fortune, even though Brit’s team says he has "executive experience in finance and in the entertainment industry.” Jamie also insists he didn’t do anything wrong so there’s no reason to replace him.
• But Brit’s lawyer was quick to clap back at Jamie, insisting Zabel is way more qualified than Jamie ever was. Lawyer Matthew Rosengart argued in docs that Zabel is a “highly esteemed, nationally recognized, award-winning CPA with an impeccable record of serving in positions of trust.” He adds that’s “in stark contrast” to Jamie, who he describes as “a reported alcoholic and gambling addict, with zero financial background or experience in financial matters, who previously filed for bankruptcy and has a domestic violence restraining order currently in effect against him.”
• Rosengart also noted that if Zabel is appointed he will “also be supported by Ms. Spears’ business management and forensic accounting teams.”

NICK CANNON PRANKED KEVIN HART BY PUTTING HIS FACE ON HIS JET

The prank war between Nick Cannon and Kevin Hart continues. 

First, Nick sent Kevin a LLAMA for his birthday. So Kevin retaliated by putting Nick's actual phone number on billboards that said, quote, "For any advice on fatherhood? Call my best friend Nick Cannon."

Nick seriously upped the ante, though, by finding Kevin's private Lear jet and putting a giant image of his FACE on it. It also just happened to be an ad for Nick's new talk show "Nick Cannon" . . . and it included the phrase "Kevin Rides the Cannon."

Kevin actually appeared as the first guest on Nick's show, where he admitted defeat. For now. He said, quote, "It feels like I've lost. That's how it feels, Nick. It feels like you had one in the hole and you saved it . . . This is genius."

But he also warned Nick, quote, "Oh, you got quite the doozy coming, buddy." (Here's video.)

RIHANNA IS HAVING A HARD TIME ACCEPTING SHE'S A BILLIONAIRE

Rihanna is having a hard time accepting her new status as a billionaire because she never loses sight of where she came from.

She said, quote, "It feels good to be able to inspire young women and boys . . . who like me . . . come from humble beginnings, who come from parents who are immigrants or who are immigrants themselves . . . to be able to do this."

Rihanna will continue to share her wealth by helping others with her Clara Lionel Foundation. . . which funds emergency responses to natural disasters and supports education opportunities for marginalized communities.

She said, quote, "Every dollar I make, I want to give it back . . . When it comes to people who need help, it hurts when I can't do as much as I want . . . [The Clara Lionel Foundation] is about to grow in a way that I'm really proud of."
