In theory this place looks legit. I am sure it has all the amenities that a hotel would, like kitchen bathroom and etc...but the fact that this place is literally a mile from the nearest island concerns me.
How fast are responders? You mean to tell me if I forgot something at the grocery store I have to get wet and splash around for a mile every time I wanted to go to shore?
What if there are leaks? How quick can maintenance get out there? So many questions but like I said, looks cool!
